Pricing workbook

Workbook version

Saved for this browser. Workbook v2 is the default and includes Teat Wash. Changing models resets scenarios and plots in open pages to that workbook’s defaults. Download a JSON backup first if you want to keep your current inputs.

This check creates no drafts and sends no emails. Credentials are configured on the server. Settings below are shared by everyone using this workspace.

Follow-up preferences

When a customer estimate is submitted

Review mode sends your team the customer’s contact details, customer PDF, and complete parameter JSON. Customer mode sends only the customer-facing email and PDF. Sending happens when you submit the preview; saving settings never sends email.

Internal review email

Used in review mode instead of the customer’s address. JSON backups include internal pricing inputs, so choose an address belonging to your team.

Event / location optional

Leave blank to omit the location from the default greeting.

Signature

Emails include the NomadX logo above your message. Templates remain plain text; formatting and line breaks are preserved in the email.

Subject template

Email template

Plain text. Available fields: {FirstName}, {Name}, {Company}, {Location}, {EventLocation}, {Signature}. Use {EventLocation} to insert “ at [location]” only when a location is set. The signature field belongs in the body.
